Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy:

1. Processing Time:

  1. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  2. You also have the option to select your preferred delivery day when ordering.

2. Shipping Time:

  1. For orders placed before the cut-off time (4:00 PM), delivery will occur the next business day where possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
  2. In some remote or hard-to-reach areas, next-day delivery may not be available. In such cases, we will notify you of the expected delivery time.
  3. We deliver 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

3. Shipping Fees:

  1. Free standard shipping for orders over £80.
  2. We can’t ship orders below £50.
  3. For anything between £50 & £80, a flat rate of £5.00 applies for standard shipping.

4. Shipping Locations:

  1. We deliver to all major cities and regions within the UK.
  2. International shipping is currently not available, but we are working on it.

5. Tracking Your Order:

  1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Don’t worry—we are tracking your order and will be in touch if something goes wrong. We’ll fix it!

6. Incorrect Shipping Details:

  1. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  1. We accept returns for all items within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Just let us know what went wrong and how we can put it right—we are here to help!

2. How to Return:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@conveniexpress.com. Let us know what went wrong and how we can put it right. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  1. Don’t worry, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges:

  1. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or if something is not right, just let us know, and we will put it right.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We really do want to know, and we will provide a full refund. This really should not happen.
